Village Life was established to answer the growing demand for quality affordable rental accommodation for seniors.

Based on a successful standard design, each village comprises a manager's apartment, community activity centre, and approximately 50 villa-style one bedroom units in a secure gated community.

Rent is based on a percentage of the standard Single Aged Pension plus the maximum Government Rent Assistance. This rental structure also applies to self-funded retirees and those receiving a different form of pension.
