Village Life provides:

Affordable rental accommodation. Residents pay a weekly rental fee (phone and electricity not included) and an initial unit preparation fee. Rent is based on a percentage of the standard Single Aged Pension plus the maximum Government Rent Assistance. This rental structure also applies to self-funded retirees and those receiving a different form of pension. Village Life residents enjoy no expensive up front fees, no hidden costs and no exit fees.

Modern fully-furnished villa-units. The spacious one bedroom villa-units feature a bedroom, large ensuite bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and private courtyard. Provision for couples is also available.

All meals. Continental breakfast and freshly prepared lunch and dinner are provided every day by on-site managers who are fully trained in food safety.

Laundry services. Bed linen and fresh towels are provided weekly, and free community laundry facilities are also available for your personal use.

A secure environment. Trained full time managers live on-site. Attractive gated community around the Village also enhances security.

An independent lifestyle. All Villages are located for convenient access to public transport, shopping centres and medical facilities, and regular optional social activities are also organised for interested residents.
